Overview

The city of St. John, Mo. adopted the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2003 edition.
• The International Residential Code, 2012 edition.

Residential Building Code

St. John adopted the 2012 IRC, locally. Note that adoptions usually come with amendments. So, it is important to review those amendments in addition to the unamended model code.
